What's SoCityFest All About?
3-on-3 Basketball Tournament - Inflatable Fun Areas - Food & Drink - Live Music!
The SoCityFest is more than a music festival. It's focus is on reaching the lost for Christ. We offer artists the opportunity to minister in their own way and we encourage them through artist workshops conducted by music industry insiders. This event also serves as a fundraiser for the work and ministry of Save Our City Crusades and Conferences. SoCityFest features Christian artists of all genres of music and is open to the community offering plenty of fun events for the whole family!
Artists Participants
SoCityFest is offering a great opportunity for artist to get knowledge on the music industry and to gain encouragement & insight on ministry through music. SoCityFest also serves as a venue for all types of music artists to showcase their God given uniqueness and talents to the world!
Any artist seeking to take part in the SoCity Workshops & Artists Showcase event will need to complete the registration form and return it with the Performance Fee to the address stated below.

More Fun for the Kids and Some Future Event Enhancements
Our goal with this event is to make it as Family Friendly as possible. We know that it may not be well suited to meet everyone needs but we look forward to connect will all we can throughout the community!
At every SoCityFest we want SPONSORS to endorse this event by helping us to create an Inflatable Fun Area for the children in attendance.
We are interested in business and community PARTNERS joining us in helping to markets this event across the community and on the broadcast airways. These efforts help get the word out to music lovers around the area.
The unique thing about SoCityFest is that it is a mobile festival and will travel to cities nationwide possible worldwide and we look forward to expanding our events to offer Xtreme Sports attractions, a custom car show, featured artist and celebrity appearances.

Vendor Connection
Thank you for your interest in vending at the SoCityFest. All vendors will be considered for the opportunity to take part in SoCityFest events. Space is available on a first come, first served basis. Along with your application, you must submit an itemized list of what you plan to sell at the Festival. In considering becoming a vendor at SoCityFest, take a look at our target demographic and the purpose of the event; in order to make sure that you merchandise is appropriate for this venue.
Vendor booths are $150 and include the following:
10' X 15' booth staging area
15 amp 120 volt power outlet
NO WATER OR SEWER
Vendor access and setup will be 7:00 AM until 4:00 PM. Removal will begin at 7:00 PM and go until 9:00 PM.

In addition to the Festival application, vendors may also have to submit a Special Event License application to the City hosting the event (That information will be on event application).
Vendors are responsible for obtaining and paying for all required City, County, and Health Department permits.

3-on-3 SoCity YBL Tournament & Fundraiser
SoCity is doing so much within communities and we look forward to what the future has to hold! SoCity Youth Basketball League is one of the major projects that SoCity is proud of. We want to see this work continue.
This Basketball Tournament will be held on the grounds or in a gym near the location of the SoCityFest and is a big draw for members of the community. It is a great way for young people to win prizes and have fun showing off their skills.
It's a 3-on-3 tournament open to all ages, both young men and ladies.
Tournament Entrance Fee is $65 per team
Players will be in One of Two Divisions:
Youth / Ages 9-13 and Senior / Ages 14 and Up
Participants register the day of the tournament. Teams should arrive at the Tournament location by 7:30AM. Tournament opens at 8:30 AM.
